Return and refund policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases completed through Prexalonez for digital downloads and for printed materials collected in Haarlem. It complements the Terms of Use.

Digital products

After a download link is delivered, the file is deemed supplied. If the link fails technically, email us within seven days so we can reissue it once. EU consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts; because digital content can be consumed immediately, consent to early delivery may limit withdrawal once the download succeeds.

Printed kits picked up locally

Inspect the bundle before leaving the studio. Misprints reported within forty-eight hours are replaced when stock allows. Shipping is not offered unless separately contracted.

Workshop deposits

If you cancel more than seventy-two hours before the session, any prepaid administrative fee can be moved to another published date. Later cancellations may forfeit the fee to cover reserved staff time.
